Trial, card and billing

Personal starts with 14 days free; on Essential and MAX, the first monthly fee is charged at sign-up. On all three, the subscription is monthly, card-only, with no setup fee and no long-term contract — and you can cancel anytime.

The card comes in at sign-up

When you create your account you choose the plan, and sign-up takes you straight to the card page. On Personal, the card is what starts the trial: the 14 days begin when it’s added, not when the account is created. On Essential and MAX, the first monthly fee is charged when the card is added.

If you leave before finishing, your account stays created and you add the card later, from the dashboard. Until then, the attendant isn’t answering yet.

The subscription can only be paid by credit card.

During the Personal trial

  • Nothing is charged.
  • The attendant is already answering your customers, with the trial’s limits — lower than the plan’s.
  • You can cancel anytime, from the dashboard.

The first charge

On Personal, the first charge happens on the first day after the trial; on Essential and MAX, it happens at sign-up. On all three, it’s the price of the plan you chose — the one published on the pricing page and confirmed before you confirm the card. After that, charges recur monthly on the subscription’s anniversary date.

Within 7 calendar days counted from the first charge, you can withdraw and get back the full amount paid.

Canceling

You can cancel whenever you want, from the dashboard or by email, with no penalty and no cancellation fee. The service continues until the end of the period already paid for; there’s no prorated refund for the current period, unless the cancellation was caused by a failure on our part.

No setup fee, no long-term contract

There’s no setup fee and no minimum term: the subscription is month to month.

The price may be adjusted once a year by the change in the IPCA (Brazil’s official consumer price index). Any other price change is communicated by email and in the dashboard at least 30 days in advance, doesn’t change a period already paid for and, if it doesn’t suit you, just cancel before it takes effect, with no penalty.
