The money from your sales goes straight to you

Andavor doesn’t receive the value of your sales. Your customers’ payments are made through your own account, and the money goes straight to you — on any plan.

The charge comes from your account

When the conversation reaches payment, the attendant creates the charge in your own payment provider account — once you integrate it — and the money goes straight to it. Andavor is not a payment intermediary and never receives the money from your sales.

And it doesn’t hold end customers’ money: whoever does that becomes a payment institution and needs authorization from Brazil’s Central Bank.

What Andavor sees of the payment

Payment happens inside the provider. Andavor only sees the result — paid, pending or declined — and doesn’t store card numbers. A payment below the total doesn’t complete the order.

Where the charge happens

Charges are created on the channels where the customer is identified. On the website, nobody creates a charge for an anonymous visitor: there, the attendant answers about products, prices, questions and delivery times, using the real data from your catalog.

What about invoices?

Andavor doesn’t issue invoices, on purpose: issuing tax invoices depends on a digital certificate, your tax regime and the tax codes of each product — that’s your accountant’s domain. Once integrated, Andavor sends the finished order to the ERP you already use, and it issues invoices the way it always has.
