When your team is done and taps Hand back to the AI, the AI doesn't wait for the customer to write again: it right away answers what was left unanswered and goes back to serving the conversation.
How it works
- When you tap Hand back to the AI, it answers the customer's messages from the last 24 hours that nobody on your team answered
- What your team already answered, the AI doesn't answer again
- After that, it keeps serving the conversation as usual
- This works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram
Tip
If your team already answered everything, you can tap Hand back safely: the AI only speaks when the customer writes again.
