The AI calls your team, back in 12 hours
When the AI passes a conversation to your team, it stops replying in that conversation for 12 hours. After that, it goes back to serving on its own, without anyone having to remember to hand it back.
How it works
- A conversation the AI passes to your team shows up in your dashboard as waiting for you (Precisa de você)
- For the next 12 hours, the AI doesn't reply in that conversation: your team does
- After 12 hours, the AI goes back to serving. If the customer wrote and nobody answered, it answers
- If your team sorts it out sooner, tap Hand back to the AI and it goes back to serving right away
- This works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram
Take over conversation stays the same
When you tap Take over conversation, the AI stays quiet in it until you tap Hand back to the AI, with no time limit.
