The AI waits for your team and sees photos
Your store's AI now shares the conversation with your team: when someone on the team replies, it waits 3 minutes and comes back. And it understands the customer better: it knows which message they replied to, reads the store post they shared and sees the photos they send.
When your team replies
- When someone on your team replies to the customer, the AI waits 3 minutes after the team's last message and then goes back to serving
- If your team already answered the customer's message, the AI doesn't answer it again
- If your team replies while the AI is writing, the AI's reply isn't sent
- This works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram
A new message mid-reply
If the customer sends another message while the AI is writing, the AI redoes its reply with the new message included, instead of sending a reply that's already out of date.
The AI understands the customer better
- When the customer replies to a specific message, the AI knows which message they're replying to
- When the customer shares a post or reel from your store's Instagram, the AI reads the post's caption
- When the customer replies to your store's story, the AI knows the message is about the story
- On WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, the AI sees the photo the customer sends, not just a description of it
- Before answering, the AI reads much more of the conversation
