Search chats like on WhatsApp
Finding a customer often meant leaving Andavor to search on WhatsApp. Now the Chats search looks through every chat at once, on every channel, the way WhatsApp does.
What it finds
- The customer's name, with or without accents
- The name the person uses on WhatsApp. When the chat shows only the number, that name appears next to it
- Any part of the number, from 4 digits, with or without the area code
- The order number, the tax ID (CPF), the email or the tracking code. The row shows which order was found
- The Instagram @
- What was written in the chats, by the customer, the AI or the team, from 3 letters, including the website chat
How it works
- Chats come first and, below them, the messages that have what you typed
- Tap a message and the chat opens at it. The arrows take you to the other messages in the chat with the same word
- When the order you searched for has no chat, it shows up on its own, and tapping it opens the sale
- While there is text in the search, the filters step aside. Tap × and the list comes back as it was

To find the chat for an order, type just its number, with or without the #.
