Over 24 hours? Send it in the channel
When 24 hours have passed since the customer's last message, the official Meta WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram no longer let Andavor send, and your reply turns red as not sent. Now a button below it takes the message to the channel itself.
How it works
- On WhatsApp, the button opens the customer's chat with your message already typed: in the app on your phone, and on WhatsApp Web on your computer
- On Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, the button copies the message and opens the channel. Just paste and send
- The button shows up only on a message that was not sent because of the 24 hours
- When the customer writes again, you can reply from Andavor again
- WhatsApp connected by QR Code has no such limit, and the message goes out from Andavor as always
Tip
The button opens the WhatsApp that is on the device. For the message to go from the store's number, use the store's phone or WhatsApp Web.
