The new Schedule: your day in rows
The app's Schedule is new. It opens on today, in rows, the WhatsApp way, and shows what needs you first.
What changed
- At the top, only what needs you: marking who showed up, a reminder that didn't go out and a service the AI doesn't offer
- The week in a seven-day strip, and the day's appointments with the customer, the service and the status of each one
- Filter by who attends or by service, and search by customer name or service
- On the computer, the seven days side by side
The appointment
Tap an appointment and everything about it shows up in sections. From there you confirm, reschedule, cancel, send the reminder now or record that you let the customer know by phone. To reschedule, pick the day in the week strip and tap a free time.
Who showed up and today's reminders
- Who showed up?: the appointments that already passed, to mark Came or No-show
- Today's reminders: the ones that went out, the ones that will go out and the ones that didn't, with the reason
Tip
The Schedule shows up for stores that book appointments. It's in the app menu, on the phone and on the computer.
