Consultor mode: the AI that goes after sales
Your store’s AI no longer just waits for customers to reach out. With Consultor mode on, it goes after your customers and creates campaigns to bring in more sales.
What it does
- Looks for people who stopped halfway through a purchase and customers who bought before and may come back
- Writes the messages and the campaigns for those customers
- When the customer replies, it answers, clears up questions and sends the link
You’re in control
- You turn it on and off whenever you want
- You choose how much it can spend on messages each month
- It only offers the discounts you’ve allowed in the Discounts tab (Descontos)
- It doesn’t message anyone who asked not to receive messages
How to turn it on
In the app, open Andavor Agent › Consultor mode. There you turn it on, choose the monthly budget and track how much extra it sold and how much it cost.
Tip
It works best after at least 1 month using Andavor, when the AI already knows your customers.
