Change your plan yourself, right in the app
You can now change your plan yourself, without contacting us. Before you confirm, the screen shows how much will be charged.
How it works
- Moving up: you pay right away only the difference for the days left, and your billing day stays the same.
- Moving down: you stay on your current plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and the new plan starts at the next charge.
- On the Personal free trial, moving up ends the trial, and the new plan is charged in full.
Where to find it
At app.andavor.com, in your computer’s or phone’s browser: Settings › Plan and subscription › Change plan (Configurações › Plano e assinatura › Trocar de plano). The phone apps don’t make this change.
