How it works
The customer asks about color, shape or finish. The AI looks at the product’s cover photo and answers from what’s in the photo, not just from what’s written in the product details. It works on every channel where the AI serves customers.
What you need to do
Nothing to turn on: it’s already working. Just check that your products have a photo in the app. A product without a photo is still described from the text of its details.
Tip
The product’s first photo is the cover, and that’s the one the AI looks at. Put first the photo that shows the whole product.
