First steps: channels, Pix and shipping
The first steps now match today's app: connect your channels, say how you get paid and set up shipping before you turn on the AI.
Connect your channels
- Step 4 connects WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram, and any one of them marks the step done
- WhatsApp connects through Meta's official app: you sign in with your business Facebook and pick the number
- The WhatsApp QR code is still in Tools › Connections
- The website chat also connects in Tools › Connections
How you get paid
- A new step brings together the Pix key, Mercado Pago and discounts, and each one opens its own screen
- With a Pix key, the AI sends the key in the chat; with Mercado Pago, it sends a payment link for Pix and card
- The step is done with a Pix key or with Mercado Pago connected
Shipping
- For stores that sell products, the shipping step opens Melhor Envio and the choice of box and carriers
- With Melhor Envio connected, the AI quotes shipping on the spot with the customer's ZIP code
- Stores that don't use Melhor Envio can still turn on the attendant, and the step waits for later
Turn on every channel
- The Turn on the AI attendant button turns the AI on in every connected channel at once
- Before you turn it on, the step shows which channels the AI will reply on
On your phone
The new first steps reach the phone app in version 1.43.
