Consultor mode: you approve what goes out

• Every morning, the AI picks the customers and writes a short message for each one, up to 160 characters
• In Andavor Agent › Consultor mode, the Today's messages row shows how many are waiting for your approval
• The list comes by reason: open cart, stopped mid-purchase, asked to be notified
• Nothing goes out before you approve, neither the paid message nor the free one

• Tap a person to see why they were picked, the product and the message as it reaches them
• Fix the text and tap Save, or tap Don't send to take the person off the list

• Approved before 9 AM, the messages go out from 9 AM; after 9 AM, they go out right away
• After you approve, each person shows whether the message was sent, is queued or won't go
• Stop what is left to send holds the rest, and you can approve again the same day
• Only the owner and the admin can approve

The default goal, which you change by asking the AI in Home, leaves out:

• Anyone who bought from the store in the last 3 months
• Anyone who got a Consultor mode message and did not reply

• The paid message arrives with a greeting, the short text and the store's name
• To change the start and the end, ask the AI in Home; the change goes through Meta's approval
