The commission deducts refunds

Until now, when an AI sale was refunded later, it disappeared from the month it was paid in, and nothing came off in the month of the refund. Now the sale stays in its month, and the refund is deducted in the period when it happens.

How the math works

  • An AI sale stays in the period it was paid, and that period's number no longer changes
  • A refund comes off the commission in the period when it happens, just once
  • A paid order that is later cancelled counts as a refund
  • On a partial refund, only the returned part of the products comes off. Shipping stays out of the commission and of the deduction
  • If a period has more refunds than sales, its total is negative, and the next period starts from zero

In the AI sales window

  • The refund shows on its own line, with a negative amount and both dates: when it was refunded and when it was paid
  • Right below the paid sales, a line says how many refunds came in during the period and how much in products
  • The refunded sale stays in the month it was paid, with the tag "refunded on" and the day
  • The spreadsheet has the refund line, with negative amounts

Tip

This applies to refunds from October 1, 2026 on. Earlier ones stay as they were.
